If it wasn't in the software, how could we know the product suited our needs and take advantage of their "cooling off" policy? It's not written on any of our invoices or confirmation emails and it was nowhere in the software before today. It doesn't matter if the "limit" was advertised on the website when we purchased years ago. I don't give a shit if they waive the limit, this is the last straw and just shows TeamViewer has sunk to new lows. We're cancelling and they will be refunding us. If we don't pay up, they will cut off our service we have already paid for and take us to debt collectors. ![]() I found out if we don't drop 1600 clients, they will invoice us $7200 USD in 2 weeks without our consent. TEAMVIEWER WILL CUT OFF YOUR SERVICE COMPLETELY IF YOU DON'T PAY.
